In January 2014, Ben Watt teamed up with friend and acclaimed Irish film-maker and critic Mark Cousins ('The Story of Film: an Odyssey') to find a new talent to make a short film for the title-track for Watt's new solo album, 'Hendra' - his first for thirty-one years. After running a treatment competition, the winning script came from London-based screenwriter and Slow Cinema devotee, Rahim Moledina.

A modern-day city-symphony, the film presents an abstract journey over Hungerford Bridge, London, and the footbridges alongside it.

London Symphony is a poetic journey through the city of London, exploring its vast diversity of culture and religion via its various modes of transportation. It is both a cultural snapshot and a creative record of London as it stands today. The point is not only to immortalise the city, but also to celebrate its community and diversity.

 Paintbrush (short film)

Made up entirely of stills, 'Paintbrush' presents portraits of ten users of a fictitious online social networking website. By detailing the information given by each user on their profile, the film explores themes surrounding identity, while also serving as a satire of online social networking.
